Playing with Platinol to see how it oxidises with the copper. The chemical reaction between the too with an added bit of water on the brush forms all these beautiful textures and has a form of movement to the piece.


These spoons were so much fun to make! I am incredibly pleased with the outcome, beautifully made! I never thought I would have such an obsession with these spoons as I do now, so much fun!! More photos to come.  





Inspired by the exterior texture of the Selfridges building in Birmingham City UK. The bobbles formed using plaster 'macaroons' which I have formed to not look the same so they have more character and excitement.
